Important: New Immigration Law from 15 September 2026

Latvia's new Immigration Law, effective 15 September 2026, ended the real estate (€250,000) and bank deposit routes for new applications. Applications filed before 15 September 2026 continue under the old rules. The main qualifying route for new applicants is now company investment. A new state alternative investment fund route (€150,000 for 5 years) is planned but not yet operational. Confirm current rules with EuInvest before proceeding.
